Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, requiring regular work on-site at our Chicago, IL office with flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including organizing schedules, answering calls, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, and fostering clear, professional communication internally and externally. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsExceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceExcellent organizational and time-management capabilitiesProficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and handle confidential information with discretionPrior administrative experience, especially within a professional environment, is a plusHigh school diploma or higher education preferred
