Texas Licensed Environmental Scientist

To support environmental compliance initiatives, the full-time Lead Environmental Scientist will provide technical guidance in stormwater and wastewater permitting, manage multi-media environmental projects, and mentor junior staff while working onsite or in a hybrid/remote capacity in Texas. Key responsibilities Provide support for client environmental permitting and compliance programs under federal and state regulations Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans and wastewater discharge permit applications Conduct environmental compliance audits and recommend corrective actions for industrial facilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or a closely related discipline 7 to 10 years of relevant experience focused on industrial site environmental compliance and permitting Demonstrated experience with stormwater and wastewater permitting and compliance Strong knowledge of RCRA hazardous/non-hazardous waste regulations and compliance programs Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication
