Integrated Master Scheduler (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex programs by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). This role is responsible for ensuring schedules are fully integrated across functional areas including engineering, finance, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and quality to support successful program execution and customer requirements.Prepare, develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Ensure schedules and program plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across all functional groups including finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and qualityDevelop compliant program schedules with appropriate detail and network logic to support program execution and management visibilityMonitor schedule performance, track program activities, and identify performance variances and critical path impactsPerform schedule analysis including critical path, driving path, risk, and opportunity assessmentsDevelop and implement workarounds and recovery plans to address schedule delays and risksPrepare regular schedule updates, reports, and presentations for program management, customers, and business leadershipSupport Earned Value Management (EVM) activities and ensure schedule compliance with customer and industry standardsPrepare and submit contract deliverables related to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)Ensure all schedules and deliverables comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry standardsUtilize scheduling and project management tools including Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, and Earned Value techniques to evaluate progress and performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience7–10 years of experience building Integrated Master Schedules in compliance with Earned Value Management methodologiesExperience reading and interpreting government contracts and scheduling requirementsExperience developing compliant schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW structuresStrong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience with scheduling software such as Open Plan and Microsoft ProjectAbility to analyze complex schedules and communicate schedule impacts, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholdersStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting government or defense programsExperience assembling and presenting complex scheduling data to program management and executive leadershipKnowledge of customer and industry scheduling compliance requirementsBenefits:Health Insurance401kPay Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
