Wire Harness Technician

Wire Harness Technician As a Wire Harness Technician, you will be responsible for building custom harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams. You will also be involved in wire harness assembly, working with wiring schematics, and ensuring manufacturing verification. Additionally, you will interpret drawings to build docker images or schematics and work with military circular connectors.ResponsibilitiesBuild custom wire harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams.Assemble wire harnesses and ensure proper wiring schematics are followed.Conduct manufacturing verification and interpret drawings to build docker images or schematics.Work with military circular connectors and ensure the test box is safe to mate before moving to the next department.Use various fasteners and fastening tools to ensure assembly integrity.Assemble PCBAs and harnesses.Essential Skills5 years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician.Proficiency in wire harness assembly, wiring, soldering, crimping, and terminating.Ability to interpret wiring schematics and diagrams.Experience with manufacturing verification and military circular connectors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an avionic technician or in vehicle manufacturing.Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.Experience in test fixture build and harness build.Molex wire harness experience is a plus, but not required.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic start-up environment where you will have creative opportunities and the chance to wear multiple hats.
