TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies. You will create end-user and partner trainings, deliver technical prep, and lead projects to motivate learners while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
You will also maintain training materials, develop induction programs, and explore new technologies in workplace learning to support Emergency Response (Tier 1) Agents.
