ABOUT THE OFFER Model: Hybrid (HQ in Eagan, Minnesota, some travelling included) Duration: 8 months (first contract) Start: January is possible Recruitment process: 1–2 interviews Contract: B2B FTE: 1 (full‑time) ABOUT THE POSITION A healthcare company is seeking an experienced Business Cutover Leader to support the US SAP S/4HANA deployment. The role is critical to ensure a smooth, low‑risk transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with minimal business disruption across manufacturing plants and distribution centers. The Business Cutover Leader will own the business‑side cutover planning and execution, working closely with IT, the system integrator, plant teams, and distribution centers. Regular travel to Minnesota (HQ), South Dakota (manufacturing), and Iowa (distribution center); travel amount to be confirmed with all expenses covered. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: around 8+ years in SAP ERP programs; Business Cutover Lead; Cutover Manager; Senior SAP Functional Lead with cutover ownership. Hands‑on experience: manufacturing & supply chain environments; large, complex ERP go‑lives; carve‑out or divestiture programs (strong plus). Functional knowledge & understanding of supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, distribution & logistics; ability to translate business needs into cutover activities.
