Interim Controller
StevenDouglas is partnering with a client seeking an Interim Controller for a 3-4 month project. This need is 3 days/week on-site in Rome, Georgia.This individual will assist with the following tasks:Manage general ledger and business support functions for European operationsDirectly supervise 2 peopleCoordinate with shared service teams handling AP and ARHandle audit responsibilities for fiscal year-endManage multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange transactions across EuropeThe ideal candidate will have the following:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior experience with foreign exchange and intercompany accountingProven record in operational close, shared services, and team managementManufacturing or distribution industry experience, ideally in a middle market environmentAdvanced ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong GAAP technical knowledge and audit experienceAbility to step into the role quickly and bring value with minimal guidanceIf you are interested in this opportunity and can commit to the on-site requirements, please apply now.
