Location: Jacksonville, Florida Type: Direct Hire Job #11389 Salary: $100,000 Location Type: Hybrid Insurance Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL (In-Office) A growing insurance services organization is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory strategy, oversee multi-state product filings, and support the ongoing development and maintenance of an evolving insurance product portfolio. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal leadership, actuarial partners, and state regulatory agencies to ensure compliant product execution and long-term scalability. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure compliance with state property & casualty insurance laws, licensing rules, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Serve as the primary point of contact for state insurance departments, managing regulatory communications, updates, and filing strategy. Prepare, submit, and manage insurance product filings (policy, endorsement, rate, and rule) through SERFF. Partner with actuaries and internal stakeholders to support pricing updates, product revisions, and documentation. Product Management & Governance Manage the insurance product lifecycle, including design support, regulatory approval, review, and launch readiness. Ensure products align with underwriting guidelines, pricing governance, and disclosure requirements. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product availability and rollout aligns with organizational growth priorities. Support evaluation of plan designs, benefits, and pricing strategy to prioritize product roadmap opportunities. Partner & Vendor Management Assist in identifying and managing carrier or entity partnerships in support of regulatory or product expansion initiatives. Support negotiation of service-level agreements and ongoing partner performance oversight. Analytics & Reporting Develop compliance metrics and reporting frameworks to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning as needed. Build dashboards and reporting for leadership related to product performance, renewals, profitability, and operational KPIs. Promote strong data integrity and CRM/reporting standards across business functions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, or product filing. Proven experience managing multi-state regulatory filings and approvals. Strong working knowledge of state insurance department processes, audits, and governance requirements. Hands-on expertise with SERFF filings is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience). Technical & Analytical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis) Familiarity with underwriting, claims, pricing, or compliance data environments Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
