They specialize in operational services that ensure compliance, efficiency, and precision at every step. Role Overview:We're seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead a high-activity client site that centers on specialized spare parts management in a fast-paced production setting. This role demands an experienced operations leader with a strong background in inventory oversight, team development, and service delivery within technically complex environments. The ideal candidate will drive operational improvement, foster strong client partnerships, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. Please Note: This is not an IT or software-related position. It involves physical operations, inventory and logistics oversight, and on-site leadership-not system administration, coding, or technical support. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily site operations, including warehousing, material movement, production support, and stock control for high-value components.Oversee the sourcing, tracking, and replenishment of MRO supplies and precision-engineered parts critical to production uptime.Lead and mentor a cross-functional on-site team, from warehouse staff to supervisory personnel, building a culture of ownership and performance.Ensure inventory accuracy through structured cycle counts, reconciliation, and proactive discrepancy resolution.Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless logistics support.Represent site operations in client meetings-delivering data-driven updates, addressing service issues, and co-developing improvement initiatives.Serve as the primary contact for any service delivery concerns; escalate and resolve issues involving quality, timelines, or technical detail.Monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.Uphold rigorous standards for safety, compliance, and inventory management in accordance with client and regulatory expectations.Oversee location budgeting-including staffing, equipment planning, and third-party services-to meet financial targets.Implement best practices using lean methodologies such as 5S and Six Sigma to optimize site efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or technical parts handling.Proven ability to manage material flow, use ERP/WMS systems, and maintain accurate inventory records.Comfortable working with technical components or precision-engineered materials.Strong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing directly with executive stakeholders and handling escalated client concerns.Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to coach others and drive continuous improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of reporting tools and logistics software is advantageous.Preferred Experience:Experience managing MRO inventory and sourcing engineered components in a production or technical environment.Passion for customer satisfaction and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.Familiarity with systems like SAP, Maximo, or specialized warehouse platforms.Work Environment & Expectations:This is an on-site leadership role with consistent visibility on the production floor and direct engagement with client teams. Occasional travel may be needed to support other sites.
