Physician Hematology/Oncology - Competitive Salary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a supportive environment, offering specialized outpatient care while making a meaningful difference in patients lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient hematology and oncology services within a collaborative clinical setting.Manage approximately 15 patients per day in a low-volume, solo-provider environment.Support the department with a flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week, approximately 3 days of coverage per month.Collaborate with APP support and a team of three physicians in a 60/40 hematology-to-oncology case mix.Utilize Meditech EMR to ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient management.Work in a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no night or weekend call required.Required Skills: Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology.Recent patient-facing experience in hematology and oncology settings.Strong clinical skills and expertise in outpatient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Meditech preferred.Nice to Have Skills: Experience in private practice or outpatient clinics.Additional certifications or training relevant to hematology and oncology.Ability to support flexible scheduling and adapt to clinical needs.Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Active medical license in theof 2 years of recent hematology/oncology practice experience.Other Requirements: Candidates must have current Boardto travel or obtain necessary licensure/credentialing within approximately 60 days.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay rate of $479.70.Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 employment).Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit.Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.Access to licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.Robust referral bonus program.24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success.Take the next step in your hematology/oncology career by applying today.
