This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is committed to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a rewarding work environment.In your role as a Labor & Delivery RN, you will be essential in delivering outstanding care to mothers and their infants. Your duties will encompass:Delivering comprehensive support to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 laboring ratioApplying your proficient IV skills and experience with C-sections to assist the teamProviding support in the NICU for feeders and growers as requiredWorking collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educatorsEnsuring precise documentation through the MediTech EMR systemTo qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:Valid RN licenseCertifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP (FHM preferred)Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant settingStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holidayTake the next step in your career and allow our organization to support you in reaching your full potential!
