Job Responsibilities: This job requires project leadership The ability to lead and self perform work in the areas of concrete, carpentry, masonry and metal building erection Some projects are new construction, others are remodeling projects The majority of the work is for commercial or industrial companies Job Qualifications and Skills: 5 years of experience in construction Ability to lead small crews Demolition experience with removal of walls, flooring, ceilings and doors. Concrete experience in forming, pouring, and finishing (footings, poured walls, slabs, sidewalks, steps) Masonry experience laying brick, block and/or stone Carpentry experience with metal and wood stud framing, drywall hanging, wall sheathing, backing, blocking CDL endorsement a plus Proficient in reading blue prints Must be self motivated and detail oriented Able to plan, schedule, order materials, and work with employees and clients Basic computer skills Please apply in person at: Ayars & Ayars, Inc., 21900 Kenrick Ave. Lakeville, MN 55044 or online at ayarsayars.com.
