Project Architect

Y.A. Studio is seeking a Project Architect to join our design-focused practice at a pivotal moment of growth. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect with meaningful multi-family housing experience who wants real ownership (not just production responsibility) across all phases of a project. You will work directly with firm leadership and consultants from schematic design through construction administration, contributing to projects that shape communities across California and Nevada. Responsibilities Lead and contribute to design development across project types Prepare and coordinate construction documents Manage consultant coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Participate in client and agency meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 8+ years of professional experience Significant multi-family housing experience California Architectural License preferred (or on path) Advanced Revit proficiency Strong technical detailing and documentation skills Clear communication and organizational discipline Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate in a hybrid environment Competitive salary, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
