Position OverviewSofidel America is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities within warehouse and production operations through safe handling, accurate inventory execution, and efficient material movement.The Raw Material Warehouse Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely movement of materials, proper staging, and support of production operations.This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areasStage materials in accordance with production schedules and operational needsPerform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfersAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentInspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervisionFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresSupport warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtimeAssist with general warehouse duties as neededJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredForklift experience required or willingness to be trainedAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and support team operationsBasic experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferredCompany BenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time offOpportunities for professional growth within a global organizationWork EnvironmentEqual Opportunity EmployerSofidel America is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunity.
