Supply Chain Director

LHH is partnering with a growing, innovation-driven organization to hire a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Procurement to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across a global network. This individual will play a key role in strengthening planning processes, optimizing supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.Our client offers a strong benefits package, including 4 weeks of PTO and bonus potential. The base compensation for this role ranges from $150K–$160K, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment from production through customer deliveryOwn demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting and inventory optimizationPartner cross-functionally with internal teams to align business needs with supply capabilitiesManage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing partnersOversee procurement execution, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and negotiationsCoordinate inbound logistics and work closely with freight partners and brokers to ensure timely deliveryMonitor inventory levels and proactively address supply risks or disruptionsEstablish and track KPIs to improve supplier performance, planning accuracy, and operational efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systemsQualifications:5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or operationsExperience managing global suppliers and manufacturing partnersStrong background in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordinationAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the businessStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:Experience working with international supplier networksERP experience (NetSuite or similar systems)Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiativesStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience supporting or scaling supply chain operations within a growing organizationBenefitsFull-time employees may receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Flexible PTO Bonus potential Paid holidays Additional voluntary benefits
