The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless equipment operations. Additional tasks include coordinating with clients to deliver excellent customer service and addressing on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.QualificationsExpertise in Field Service and handling on-site hardware and equipmentStrong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficientlyExperience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performanceProficiency in offering Technical Support and resolving customer inquiriesExceptional Customer Service focused on delivering solutions and building relationshipsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site work environmentTechnical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is a plusStrong problem-solving and organizational skills
