Spare Parts Sales CoordinatorLocation: Wixom, MISchedule: 100% onsite - 5 days/weekType: Contract with potential for hirePay Rate: $25–$27/hourEquipment: Laptop providedAbout the RoleThe Sales Coordinator supports Kawasaki Robotics' Aftermarket Spare Parts team by managing order intake, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-fulfillment process. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting a sales team, working with systems like SAP, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.Coordinate spare parts orders, including PO entry, order changes, and acknowledgements.Communicate lead times, shipping details, and order status.Support the sales team with order processing, inventory coordination, and purchasing support.Identify opportunities to upsell parts and services.Maintain accurate records in SAPAssist with improving processes and customer experience.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or order managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeRecent SAP experienceWhy This Role?Hybrid schedule with flexibilityExposure to robotics and automationOpportunity to grow into a long-term roleEOE (including Disability/Veterans)
