OverviewPlacement Type:TemporarySalary:$64-67 HourlyW2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ matchStart Date:ASAPOur clients growing Strategic Planning team is looking for a Strategic Planning Lead to join their team, which is responsible for cultivating awareness and education of the brand's services and driving new customer acquisition through various marketing channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing leads, media teams, creative strategists, analytics, and data personnel to build data-informed recommendations and campaigns. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment.Key Qualifications5+ years media planning and strategy experience, agency experience a plusExpertise in cross channel tactical planning for performance and brand KPIsDemonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles, create clear communication plans, and develop channel level marketing strategies that tie back to business objectivesFamiliarity with traditional media channels (OOH, TV), digital advertising and social media platforms (including organic and creator campaigns) and their relationship with each other in multifaceted, integrated campaignsTrack record of measuring impact through different testing and measurement solutions with the ability to also share results and future recommendations in a digestible wayProficiency working within syndicated research sources (MRI/ Simmons, comScore, etc.) and social listening toolsA self-starter who can work autonomously with agility, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects at one timeExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsDescriptionYou will be responsible for developing integrated media strategies. Additionally, you will manage workflow between external and internal media teams and the implementation of each strategy. You will analyze the performance of media channels and provide insights to ensure key partners understand plans, optimizations and results. In addition to developing sophisticated external marketing strategies, you will position yourself as the strategic thought leader for your business stakeholders and provide direction on how they allocate budgets, effectively leverage media for their needs while providing insight on branding and messaging within creative.
