We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on marketing leader to own and scale our marketing function. Reporting to the President / Chief Commercial Officer, this role will shape brand strategy, accelerate demand generation, and directly contribute to revenue growth. What You’ll Do Lead Brand & Positioning Own and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and voice across all channels Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across every customer touchpoint Translate business priorities into clear, compelling marketing plans Drive Demand & Growth Build and execute demand generation programs that create measurable pipeline and revenue Lead integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and field channels Optimize channel mix, messaging, and spend based on performance data Own Trade & Channel Marketing Develop trade marketing strategies that increase retailer engagement and sell-through Partner with distributors and retail accounts to deliver impactful programs Create best-in-class sales tools, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials Partner Across the Business Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and the CCO on go-to-market strategy Align marketing initiatives with commercial targets at the segment, territory, and account level Turn product strategies into clear, differentiated market positioning Lead Campaigns & Creative Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, OOH, experiential, and print Manage agency partners and ensure a high creative standard Balance brand-building with performance-driven execution Run Marketing Like a Business Own the marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and impact Manage agency and technology partners effectively What You Bring 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of driving measurable business results (pipeline, revenue, or market share growth) Strong experience in demand generation and integrated campaign management Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and influencing commercial strategy Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience in B2B industries such as construction, building materials, manufacturing, or industrial products Background in trade/channel marketing and distributor-led go-to-market models Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience operating in a mid-sized or growth-stage company MBA or advanced business/marketing degree
