Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearJob description:Regional Law Firm looking for an experienced litigation paralegal for its collection litigation department in our Rochelle Park, New Jersey office. Candidate must have familiarity with drafting pleadings, handling service of process, application for default judgment, drafting motions and discovery. Experience with debt collection and New York rules of court a bonus. Notary public preferred.
