We are looking for skilled HVAC professionals with strong diagnostic abilities, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves the installation of residential residential HVAC systems including gas, oil, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. You’ll work directly with customers, collaborate with our internal team, and help support the continued growth of our company. *Experience* - Proven experience in HVAC field service, and installations - Proficiency in using an electrical multi-meter for electrical diagnostics - Mechanical aptitude for equipment installation and repair - Strong work ethic and professional standards - Good verbal and written communication - Ability to satisfy clients in a clean, efficient, and professional manner *Candidates should possess the following:* * 5+ years of residential HVAC Diagnostic Repair Service Technician experience * CT Occupational License S1, S2, D1, D2 * OSHA 10 Card (Preferred) * EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification * S2 or D2 License *Candidates* * Must have a clean driving record & valid driver license * Must have a High School Diploma or GED * Must pass pre-employment drug test * Must pass criminal background check * Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English *Benefits* * Sick time * Vacation Time * 401K * Company Vehicle * Health Insurance * Sign on bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company truck * Fuel card * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Service and/or installation: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * S-1,S-2,D-1,D-2 (Required) Ability to Commute: * Fairfield County, CT (Required) Work Location: On the road
