This role will be responsible for facilitating asset strategy, managing integrated development plans, and ensuring successful execution of project milestones within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and support asset strategy initiatives across global development programsManage the scope, development, and execution of integrated global development plansLead project planning activities and ensure timely delivery of key milestonesCoordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, commercial, operations, and development teamsMonitor project risks, identify potential issues, and recommend mitigation and contingency strategiesMaintain project timelines, reporting, and documentation using project management tools and systemsDrive clear, concise communication across stakeholders and leadership teamsSupport efficient team operations while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environmentRequired QualificationsStrong pharmaceutical or biotech drug development experienceProven project management experience within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical settingExcellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functional teamsExperience with project management and collaboration tools, including: Jira, Smart Sheets, OnePager, PrismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
