Job Description:The Sales Coordinator reports to the Internal Operations Manager and plays a pivotal role in the success of our sales team by responding to leads promptly, engaging customers during initial appointments, managing the schedule of Design Specialists, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations.Daily Job Tasks:Answer incoming service leads from technicians in the fieldRespond to leads promptly, engaging customers during initial booking appointments to establish a foundation for successful sales calls.Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional mannerManage the schedule of the Design Specialists, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesQualify leads and match customers with Design Specialists based on personality and expertiseBook and coordinate sales appointments, overseeing the scheduling processVerify completion of documents after a job is soldAssist in answering phone calls, providing information, and directing inquiries as neededEnter warrantiesBuild jobs in the absence of the Install CoordinatorProvide support to Design Specialists, encouraging them and building positive relationships with both customers and team membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5 years' experience with providing customer service over the phonePrevious phone salesAbility to type 30 wpmAbility to represent SIERRA AIR INC. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general publicProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and TeamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively switch between tasksStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and Design SpecialistsExcellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detailWorking ConditionsWork is performed in an office settingMust be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of timeOccasional lifting of file boxes or materials up to 30 lbs may be requiredWhy Sierra Air?At Sierra Air, we believe exceptional customer experiences start with exceptional people.
