The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,200 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. You won’t just contribute to projects that matter; you’ll grow alongside people who are invested in your success.What You BringProven project leadership experience on large-scale industrial or power projects with full accountability for $50M+ scopes (larger preferred).Experience delivering power generation or industrial projects (simple or combined-cycle, fossil, or similar environments)Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomesA hands-on leadership style that earns respect in the field and creates alignment across craft, partners, and clientsExperience managing self-perform work in union environments, with a strong grasp of labor planning, productivity, and field executionThe ability to lead teams through complexity—removing obstacles, making clear decisions, and keeping people focused on what matters mostStrong understanding of project financials and controls, including forecasting, cost management, and earned valueAdvanced scheduling knowledge, including critical path management and Primavera P6Experience coordinating engineers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers with transparency and trustKnowledge of code and quality requirements, including pressure piping and compliance expectationsClear, respectful communication skills with the ability to challenge issues directly while strengthening relationshipsComfort traveling 100% to project sites and being present where the work happensNice to HaveFamiliarity with equipment such as turbines, HRSGs, steam systems, and high-voltage electrical workExperience driving disciplined turnover, commissioning support, and project closeoutProficiency with tools such as Bluebeam and other construction technology platformsA passion for mentoring and developing future leadersExperience working on geographically diverse or nationally distributed project teamsUnsolicited CorrespondenceThe Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt‑approved agreement is in place.
