We are searching for a Client Services Manager to own and support a complex enterprise client within our metasearch Client Services team.As a Client Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day execution, performance, and client relationship for a large travel brand while continuing to develop enterprise-level strategic and leadership skills. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear client communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. While this role owns client delivery and execution, it operates within a more defined scope and complexity than an Account Director role and is designed for someone ready to grow into broader ownership.The Client Services Manager leads Account Leads and Digital Marketing Analysts, ensuring prioritization, quality execution, and consistent progress against client goals. This role partners closely with senior internal stakeholders and publishing partners and contributes to client growth, automation initiatives, and team culture.What You'll DoOwn the day-to-day client relationship and be accountable for execution, performance, and deliveryManage a complex enterprise account with defined scope and support, building toward broader strategic ownershipDefine and communicate client strategy in partnership with internal leadership, translating goals into execution plansDrive performance and incremental growth through testing, optimization, and use of automationLead client calls and written communication, providing clear insights and recommendations grounded in dataOversee the development and delivery of quarterly business reviews, including storytelling with performance dataReview client performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead and manage Account Leads and Digital Marketing Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and prioritization supportEnsure timely delivery of projects, initiatives, and ongoing workstreamsDevelop and execute testing initiatives and evaluate resultsMaintain strong relationships with publishing partners, including regular touchpoints and product feedbackLead initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and analyticsContribute to team knowledge through research on industry trends, competitors, and solutionsAssist with new client onboardings and sales pitches as neededRepresent Koddi in client meetings and industry forums as appropriateWhat You'll Bring4+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience leading accounts or major workstreams with increasing ownership and complexityPrior experience managing or mentoring team members, either formally or informallyWorking knowledge of enterprise digital marketing programs, including metasearch, paid search, and displayStrong understanding of the travel industry, including online travel agencies and hotel brandsStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendationsClear and confident written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholdersComfort operating with accountability while continuing to develop strategic and leadership depthAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in both independent and team environments
