You will contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertising campaigns.Responsibilities Deliver scripted pitches to homeownersAdjust scripts to meet the needs of individual customersHandle homeowner questions and overcome objectionsCollect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)Schedule appointments over the phoneInput appointment details into the system accuratelyRecord important details from conversationsConfirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representativesSchedule appointments for in-home consultationsConduct quality control callsAnswer inbound calls from homeowners responding to adsFollow up with homeowners after initial contactMaintain and update lead information and reportsQualifications Strong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plusExperience in telemarketing, call center, sales, or promotions preferredBasic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systemsPositive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProduct knowledge will be provided through trainingWhy Join Luxury Bath of Richmond?
