(DOE, includes shift differential) + OT8-Hour Shifts | Full-Time | Temp-to-HireWhat This Job Is Really AboutIf you're the type who can walk up to a machine, figure out what's wrong, and fix it, you'll do well here.This is a hands-on role working on both mechanical and electrical systems, keeping production equipment running and jumping in when things go down.What Your Day May Look LikeStart your shift with a safety meetingReview work orders and prioritize repairsInspect equipment and troubleshoot issues on the floorRepair motors, wiring, or mechanical components to get machines back upPerform preventive maintenance before breakdowns happenTest systems using multimeters and diagnostic toolsWork with other techs on larger or recurring issuesLog repairs and updates in CMMS before shift endWhat You'll Be Working OnPackaging lines, conveyors, and processing equipmentMotors, pumps, compressors, and drive systemsElectrical systems: wiring, panels, switchgear, transformersHVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and air handlersHydraulic and pneumatic systemsFacility systems (lighting, plumbing, walls, floors, etc.)Tools & Equipment:Multimeters and electrical testing toolsHand tools, power tools, and welding equipmentPrecision measuring toolsCMMS systems for tracking work ordersBlueprints, schematics, and repair manualsWhat You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical componentsInstall and repair wiring, motors, and control systemsPerform preventive maintenance (lubrication, inspections, filter changes)Inspect drives, belts, motors, and fluid levels using checklistsDismantle equipment to access and replace defective partsFabricate or modify parts using tools and specificationsTest machinery to diagnose malfunctions and verify repairsMaintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and repairsAssist with inventory tracking for parts and suppliesSupport equipment installs and system upgradesFollow all safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, etc.)RequirementsSkills Desired3-5+ years of maintenance experience (industrial preferred)Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical)Experience working with motors, controls, and production equipmentAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsExperience using diagnostic tools (multimeters, etc.)Familiarity with CMMS systemsBonus If You HavePLC or controls experienceWelding or machining experienceMaintenance certifications or an apprenticeship backgroundExperience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsWork EnvironmentActive industrial setting (lifting, climbing, working on your feet)Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights or on ladders/scaffoldingFlexibility for overtime, weekends, or shift changesWhy This Role Is Worth ItCompetitive pay + overtime at 1.5xOpportunity for temp-to-hire + long-term growthHands-on work where your skills actually matterExposure to a wide range of industrial systems and equipmentApply TodayIf you're a solid maintenance tech who can troubleshoot, fix, and keep things running-we want to hear from you.
