Logistics Supply Chain Specialist
Title: LeadLocation: Dallas, TXJob Description:Serve as the primary owner of receiving, shipping, and tracking activities for materials under the U.S. tariff-avoidance scope at R&D site.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for all receiving and shipping activities related to tariff-avoidance materials at the R&D site.Own the accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of material data in the OneLab database.Create, validate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports from OneLab (e.g., material status, location, owner, and other relevant attributes) to all stakeholders.Receive materials designated for scrap and outbound shipments, ensuring proper identification and segregation.Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation in accordance with Nokia and regulatory requirements.Interface with internal and external partners, including R&D material owners, Supply Chain, customs brokers, shipping carriers, and suppliers/vendors for all inbound and outbound shipments.Support internal and external audits of materials under tariff-avoidance scope by providing records, evidence, and process explanations.Coordinate and oversee receiving, shipping, and handling activities performed by Lab Ops and the Engineering Support team, ensuring adherence to defined processes and service levels.
