This role partners with R & D, Production, Engineering, and Quality to launch new products and improve existing processes by reducing cost and scrap, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product quality. What Youll Get: Starting Salary: $58,500-76,000 annually. Weekly Pay Get Paid Every Thursday! (debit card)Company-Paid Life, Short & Long-Term Disability FSA, Voluntary Insurance Options 401(k) + Company Match (after 6 months) 11 Paid Holidays + PTOWhat Youll Do: Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunitiesLead process trials (DOEs) and support data-driven decision makingImprove manufacturing efficiency, output, quality, and safetyCreate and maintain product documentation (recipes, process sheets, BOMs, routings)Estimate production costs and ensure raw materials meet specificationsCollaborate with suppliers and Quality to maintain production standardsSupport product scale-up and commercializationValidate new equipment and monitor performance trendsParticipate in failure investigations and corrective actionsPromote continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedThe Skills You'll Need: Strong analytical and statistical skills (JMP/SPC experience a plus)Microsoft Office proficiency requiredERP experience (QAD preferred)Manufacturing experience in chemical, textile, medical, or related industries preferredKnowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100) a plusSix Sigma Certification, PMP Certification, or %S Training a plusStrong problem-solving skillsDetail-orientated and accurateStrong work ethicExcellent organizational skills and follow-throughEffective technical writing and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWhat Were Looking For: 3+ years of related experience preferredBachelors degree in Chemical, Engineering or related technical fieldReady to Join a Team That Invests in You?
