As a Wire Processing Machine Operator you will be an integral part of our success and growth. This role is responsible for operating and service the Komax machine's computer interface and more!This is a 3rd shift position, Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-7:00amJob Responsibilities:Operate and service the Komax machine's computer interfaceProvide additional support as business needs dictate on all other wire processing machinesLoad and unload reels of wire and terminalEnsure that machine guards are in place and operate machine in a safe manner at all timesRead, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagramsMaintain a safe, organized and efficient work areaAssist in 5S and Lean activities as requiredPerform rework as neededMaintain production restock as to not slow down productionIdentify and assist in process improvement measuresPerform other tasks needed to produce processed wire for productionQualifications:High school education or equivalentERP experience desiredHigh motivation level and ability to multi-taskAbility to work with independently with limited supervisionAbility to work well with othersStrong attention to detail, organization and time management skillsGood math and communication skillsDemonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office)Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English without the aid of an interpreterAbility to work overtime depending on work loadLifting up to 50-85 lbs. occasionally with assistanceCompensation & Benefits:* Competitive Hourly Pay :$23.00-$26.00 DOE* 3rd shift differential of $1.50 p/h* Comprehensive Benefits Package:* Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, ADD, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, ESST.Disclaimer:This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
