Our Product Management team is a pivotal part in developing and maintaining tools for data-driven decision making, including dashboards, ad hoc reports, and analysis of results.The role demands a deep reservoir of knowledge, sharp investigative and Excel skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring accurate and timely data is provided.How You Will Create an ImpactLead collaboration on data projects and strategic use of data across multiple divisions.Work closely with Business Intelligence teams in the design and development of comprehensive dashboards to monitor growth & profitabilityIdentify and address trends and issues in regional or business line results through complex data analysis and collaboration with Product Managers.Drive effective use of data in decision-making by teaching and communicating proper usage of data to a variety of internal business partners.Mentor Product Management Analysts, set service standards, oversee quality, and guide project priorities.What You’ll Need to SucceedIn-depth knowledge of the US P&C Insurance space, which typically comes with your 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance product management or underwriting.
