Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook for a full-time, on-site position at our Ashburn, VA location. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, maintaining food presentation standards, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety. This role involves working closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory and adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usageAbility to maintain food presentation standards and attention to detail in platingKnowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a food preparation environmentTeamwork and communication skills for collaborating effectively with kitchen staffTime management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely preparation of mealsExperience working as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferredServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plusFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
