Machine Operator - Entry Level

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite. Location: Carrollton, TX Pay: 17.75 per hour About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to join an established Carrollton-based manufacturer with over 20 years of excellence in the automotive and climate technology industries. This is a true entry-level position where you will be trained to handle the full start-to-finish production of steel components. Free Training & Growth – Gain new skills and advance your career with free upskilling programs. Key Responsibilities Production: Complete start-to-finish machining of raw steel discs. Safely load/insert steel materials into the machine, start cycles, and monitor performance. Calibration: Monitor machine output and calibrate settings as needed to ensure all parts meet strict client specifications. Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean and free of metal debris (chips) created during the machining process. Efficiency: Maintain steady production goals set by management and respond well to coaching and feedback. Work Environment & Physical Demands Environment: Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled machine shop. Candidates must be comfortable working in a noisy environment with temperature fluctuations. Physicality: Ability to stand in one place for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive lifting/handling of steel materials. Schedule: Must be flexible to work Overtime on Saturdays as production needs require. Job Requirements Training: Must be available for a mandatory Day 1 training session (11:30 am – 4:30 pm). Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is a plus+, but not required (On-the-job training is provided).
