We partner with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, behavioral health organizations, senior living communities, telehealth companies, clinical research organizations, and other healthcare providers to deliver reliable, high-quality dietitian services.As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial **Regional Account Manager** to help expand client relationships, support regional growth, and recruit Registered Dietitians for client service needs.**About the Role**The Regional Account Manager will manage and grow an assigned territory through a combination of client development, account management, and dietitian recruitment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, sales, recruiting, and working independently in a remote environment. You will work closely with our inside sales and operations teams while owning the client and candidate lifecycle within your region.**Key Responsibilities****Client Development & Regional Growth**Identify and convert prospective healthcare and wellness organizations into long-term clientsManage outreach, discovery calls, proposals, follow-up, onboarding, and contract coordinationCollaborate with inside sales representatives to support consistent client engagementTrack client activity, pipeline movement, and sales performance in the CRMIdentify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and develop new regional relationships**Dietitian Recruitment & Candidate Management**Recruit Registered Dietitians for client service needs across multiple healthcare settingsManage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding, and follow-upCoordinate with internal teams to support credentialing, onboarding documentation, and client-specific requirementsMaintain accurate candidate and assignment information in the ATS and related internal systemsMeet weekly and monthly recruiting goals aligned with regional client demand**Client Relationship Management**Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsCommunicate regularly regarding service needs, provider availability, onboarding timelines, and ongoing supportAddress client questions or concerns promptly and professionallyDocument client interactions and service updates in the CRMSupport client retention, renewals, and long-term account growth**Territory Strategy**Own your assigned region with accountability for revenue growth, client development, and recruitment performanceMonitor regional market trends and identify new opportunities within healthcare networksUse CRM and ATS data to prioritize outreach, follow-up, and candidate sourcing strategiesContribute to company-wide growth goals through consistent execution and strategic territory management**Qualifications**Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible preferredMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, healthcare operations, or a related fieldStrong sales and recruitment skills, including the ability to negotiate, follow up consistently, and close both clients and candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building skills with clinical professionals, facility leaders, and executive-level contactsHighly organized with strong time management skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to regional growthExperience using CRM systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital recruitment platforms preferred**Why Join RD Nutrition Consultants?**Remote-first role with flexibility and autonomyOpportunity to join one of the largest dietitian services companies in the countryClear performance-based earning potential with uncapped monthly commissionSupportive team structure with inside sales, recruiting, and administrative supportMeaningful work helping healthcare organizations improve access to nutrition careOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company serving clients nationwide**Benefits**Medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic life and AD&D insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and additional benefits.**Apply Now**Join RD Nutrition Consultants and help expand access to high-quality clinical nutrition services across the country.
