Paint Prep TechnicianCreedmoor, NCLooking for a hands-on role where you can build, prep, and finish high-quality equipment? ?nin Staffing is hiring Paint Prep & Wrap-Up Mechanics to support the final stages of truck productionfrom surface prep to final assembly.1st shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm Friday 6:2:30pm $22/hour2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-2:45am Friday 3pm-11:30pm $22/hour + $2 shift differentialSaturday's are voluntary or mandatory based on production needsOvertime availableWeekly payTemp to hire opportunityBenefits after 30 daysIf you enjoy working with tools, staying active, and seeing a finished product come together, this is the role for you.Paint Prep Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, buffing, and maskingClean work areas and equipmentAssist painters with prep work and protective coveringsRemove and protect parts prior to paintingWrap-Up / Assembly Responsibilities:Reassemble parts onto trucks after paintingInstall decals and perform touch-up paint as neededRetrieve and organize parts for final shipmentUse hand tools and air tools to complete assemblyTools & Equipment:Hand tools, air tools, sockets, and wrenchesSanders and buffing toolsWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year of mechanical or hands-on experienceAbility to use tools and work in a production environmentStrong attention to detailHigh School Diploma or GED (verified by a third party)Work Environment:Non-climate controlled facility (hot summers, cooler winters)May involve heights, ladders, and industrial equipmentRequired PPE includes:Steel-toe bootsSafety glassesEar protectionGloves and other protective gearBenefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programStart a career where your work helps build something real.
