Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite)Compensation: DOE + performance bonusRole SummaryWe are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO with scheduling, coordination, communication, errands, internal logistics, and executive workflow management. The primary goal is to create leverage for the executive team, ensure strong follow-through, and maintain smooth operational cadence across meetings, priorities, and internal activities.This is a high-trust role requiring excellent attitude, discretion, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & CoordinationManage calendars, meeting scheduling, logistics, and prioritizationPrepare agendas, briefing notes, and meeting summariesCoordinate communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholdersMonitor inbound requests, elevate priorities, and ensure executive readinessFollow-Through & AccountabilityCapture and track action items and decisions from executive meetingsMaintain dashboards, trackers, and weekly status briefsFollow up with team members and partners to ensure deadlines are metEscalate issues when progress stalls or additional executive clarity is requiredOperational Support & ErrandsSupport basic errands, deliveries, or local tasks as neededAssist with office coordination, supplies, and vendor needsHelp with internal events, meetings, offsites, onboarding logistics, and workplace planningCommunication & DocumentationDraft professional correspondence, meeting notes, and summariesEnsure smooth information flow and confidentiality at all timesMaintain organized workspaces, templates, and shared filesWhat Success Looks LikeExecutives gain leverage and time back for strategic prioritiesMeetings are well-prepared, efficient, and consistently followed throughInternal coordination is smoother and more responsiveErrands and office needs are handled reliably and professionallyNothing falls through the cracksQualifications3–7 years supporting a senior executive or business leaderHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCalm under shifting priorities with strong follow-up disciplineComfortable coordinating across functions and levelsProficient with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.High level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and discretion is essentialPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESPositive, solution-driven attitudeFriendly, professional, and composedAble to anticipate needs and work independentlyEnjoys creating structure and enabling executive productivityComfortable managing errands and local operational tasks without hesitation
