This role is ideal for caregivers ready to grow into leadership while continuing hands-on client care. Position OverviewThe CNA Jr. CHAMP is a dual-role position that combines direct client care with mentorship and support responsibilities. You will serve as a trusted caregiver while also supporting team operations, helping ensure quality care delivery across all clients.
