As the Irrigation Department Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our Irrigation Department. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. In this role, you will be required to manage multiple projects, collaboration, and daily communication.Role + Responsibilities:Keep detailed spreadsheets and summaries with a high level of accuracyAssist with processing timesheets daily and verifying hours.Review and Update Repair ReportClient communication and follow up as neededMaintain administrative continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsUpdate & maintain department databasesSubmit Billing as neededAssist with SAWS yearly audit processResearch and prepare background information ahead of scheduled irrigation jobsAssist with submitting ProposalsMaintain department emailFilingWork on Special projectsOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATIONWe value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.Knowledge, Skills, + Abilities:Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of administration and coordination.Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.Technical Aptitude: Comfort with database management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive Approach: Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive steps to prevent issues before they arise. Willingness to take on special projects as needed.
