The position owns end-to-end RCM performance, including billing, coding, AR, denials, and client relationships.The focus of the role is driving operational transformation through KPI implementation, process improvement, operational efficiency, and building a more structured, data-driven delivery model.This individual will serve as the site leader for a major delivery center supporting enterprise health systems and academic medical centers while partnering closely with global teams.
