This job is at Tupps Brewery in Mckinney Texas. We are looking for skilled fast paced cooks that call follow recipes and want to make a lot of money. cooks are averaging 45 hours a week plus!! please do not apply if you do not have speed and experience in high volume kitchens. There will be open interviews after you apply. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties: - Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications - Assist with menu planning and recipe development - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Experience: - Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred - Knowledge of food service industry practices and techniques - Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Skills: - Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors - Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently - Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices - Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
