Facilities Maintenance Technician

JSW Steel is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:Perform general building maintenance, including light plumbing, painting, and minor repairs.Handle routine upkeep tasks such as trash removal and basic cleaning of work areas.Perform minor landscaping and yard work as needed.Assist with basic carpentry tasks.Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.Work independently and with team members to complete assigned tasks.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or related experience.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, and outdoor conditions).Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, painting, and minor repairs.JSW Steel USA is an equal opportunity employer.
