Our work combines legal accessibility, content-driven communication, and early-stage system design.Role DescriptionThis is a remote internship role for a Content Lead Intern.This position focuses on developing content that translates real-world cases and complex workplace issues into clear, structured, and accessible formats.As an early-stage organization, we prioritize clarity, ownership, and practical impact. You will work directly with the founder and play an active role in shaping the organization’s content direction from the ground up.Key responsibilities include:Develop content for platforms such as Instagram, Threads, and short-form videoTranslate real case information into structured, audience-friendly narrativesContribute to building a clear and consistent content strategy and voiceOrganize and maintain content systems and documentationProduce publish-ready content pieces that communicate real cases with clarity and impactQualificationsStrong writing and editing skills in EnglishAbility to translate complex or sensitive topics into clear and structured contentBasic understanding of content strategy and audience engagementStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environmentSelf-directed, organized, and able to manage tasks independentlyPreferred (not required):Background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fieldsInterest in social impact, legal accessibility, or nonprofit workExperience with social media content (Instagram, Threads, short-form video)Additional InformationThis is an unpaid internshipHigh ownership with direct collaboration with the founderOpportunity to build a publicly visible portfolio with real-world impactStrong professional reference upon successful completionPotential pathway to a paid role as the organization grows
