This position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by managing the flow of custom parts from design through delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, machinists, and external suppliers to ensure parts are delivered on time, at a reasonable cost, and to the required specifications.This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within our ERP system and Microsoft Office tools.Key ResponsibilitiesReview engineering prints and initiate manufacturing plansCoordinate vendor quotes for custom-machined partsGenerate and monitor purchase orders for quality and timelinessCommunicate with vendors and internal teams to clarify specifications and resolve issuesTrack part status in ERP and CAD systems and ensure accurate reference dataMaintain production schedules and proactively follow up on outstanding itemsQualificationsExperience in machine shop operations, manufacturing planning, or supply chainProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacyFamiliarity with ERP software and CAD systems (training available for qualified candidates)Successful completion of Background Check and Drug ScreenAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPositive references and demonstrated reliabilityExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldScheduleMonday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
