Job Description Job Title: Salon Coordinator (Luxury Full-Service Salon) Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Job Description: Full Service Salon & Day Spa is seeking a professional, energetic, and detail oriented Salon Coordinator to join our full-service salon & spa. This role is essential in creating a seamless and elevated client experience while supporting a team of beauty professionals. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills are a must in order to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities: * Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor * Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and adjustments * Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly * Support stylists and service providers throughout the day * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment * Handle card processing transactions, retail math calculations, and maintain accurate cash register operations and client records * Become knowledgeable on retail products & services to recommend to clients * Assist with photos/videos/content for salon social media accounts * Manage inventory by stocking products and conducting regular stock checks * Additional duties as needed in support of business development and client growth Qualifications: * Previous salon or spa experience required * Strong multitasking and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) * Employee discounts on services and retail * Growth opportunities within a luxury salon environment Schedule: * Day, evening, and weekend availability required How to Apply: Submit resume Company Description In Sync has been in operation for almost 30 years.
