Face 2 Face InterviewJob Title: Workday Integration DeveloperLocation: Phoenix, AZ OR Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 12 Months Contract Interview: One On-site Interview Required Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Workday Integration Developer to support HR technology initiatives for Northern Trust. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio integrations, working with external systems, and collaborating with HR business partners to deliver scalable integration solutions.Key Responsibilities·        Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio.·        Build and manage integrations between Workday and external systems such as ADP, Fiserv, and FIS.·        Develop and support data feeds, APIs, and system interfaces between Workday and third-party SaaS platforms.·        Collaborate with internal HR business partners to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.·        Participate in agile ceremonies and stand-up meetings (3 times per week) with the project team.·        Work closely with internal teams and external technical partners to ensure successful integration delivery.·        Support HR programs such as Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) integrations and related workflows.·        Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and reliability.Required Skills·        Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio (must-have).·        Proven experience building Workday integrations with external systems (e.g., ADP, Fiserv, FIS).·        Solid Workday integration development background with strong troubleshooting abilities.·        Experience working with file-based, API-based, and middleware integrations.·        Strong communication and collaboration skills.·        Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Nice to Have·        Experience with ITSM tools and processes.·        Experience supporting HR programs such as Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).·        Prior experience working with financial services clients. Thanks & RegardsNaren SinghTechnical RecruiterDataquad Inc2000 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Suite#405, Houston, TX, 77077Naren@dataqinc.com |www.dataqinc.com
