Senior Inventory Audit Administrator

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Inventory Audit Administrator to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will manage daily physical inventory counts, drive inventory accuracy, audit store transactions, and reconcile e-Commerce transactions while working cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, web development, and senior leadership. You will use independent judgment to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve our inventory control processes. • Manage and review daily physical inventory counts and inventory records• Investigate inventory discrepancies and initiate corrective actions• Reconcile e-Commerce transactions with Accounts Payable• Conduct price audits and make competitive pricing recommendations• Deliver daily, weekly, and ad hoc inventory reports to VP of Compliance• Train team members on inventory processes and internal controls• Perform transaction verification including payments, receivables, and refunds• Assess BMS/RAW Shield claims on damaged tires for proper processing• Develop internal controls to safeguard company assets and close control gaps• Recommend and help implement inventory system improvements• Update inventory model numbers for accurate reporting and analysis• Coordinate scrap material settlements and assist in work order research Classification: Exempt / Salaried-does not qualify for overtimeWorkweek-Minimum 5 days; occasional weekend day requiredTravel-Up to 75% of the time; overnight stays required-requires frequent travel to several statesLifting Requirement: Frequently up to 50 poundsMust have a Valid Driver LicenseReports To: VP of Compliance Company DescriptionFounded in 1996, Rent A Wheel/Rent A Tire started with one store in California.
