Rams Head On Stage is looking for a Box Office Lead to supervise our On Stage team.The Box Office Lead oversees ticketing operations for On Stage and other partner venues.Responsibilities:Manage daily box office operationsOversee ticket inventory, pricing, discounts and promotionsHire, train and supervise box office and front door staffCreate schedulesAssist Marketing Dept. with daily, weekly & monthly promotionsHandle customer inquiries, ticketing issues and special requestsRequirements:2 years experience of ticketing, box office, or customer servicePrevious supervisory or management experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem solving abilitiesExperience with ticketing software, preferred
