Office Administrator
Dynamic Decks is seeking out an organized, professional, and motivated office administrator. We are a high end custom outdoor living contractor specializing in decks, deck/patio covers, deck railing, fencing and shades. We are looking for someone who can take on an administrative role in support of both sales and operations/production.
The main duties of this position would include:
Answering all phone calls
Tracking leads, documenting leads
Scheduling consultations
Screening/qualifying leads
Sharing files/documents with necessary parties.
Communicating with customers and answering questions or passing the call to whomever is needed to answer the question
Communicating project schedules with customers
Customer follow ups (after initial sales meeting)
Notifying subcontractors of initial project timeline and awarded bids
Review project documents and verify all necessary details are received for the project to move to the next phase (From the sale to the operations team)
Assist both sales team and operations team in admin role
Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
