Required Qualifications:
IAM Level II or IAT Level II certification
ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
MS SCCM certification
GCWN Certification
Microsoft Associate or Expert Certification (state certification)
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (state exam)
Experience managing releases, patching, software installs in cross-functional environment
Preferred:
Federal TO/contract release mgmt. experience
ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level Certification (state exam)
Relevant educational degree
