Supporting the monitoring of operational performance and providing detailed analysis on various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as delivery times, service levels, and processes. Creating, maintaining, and monitoring periodic reports for the Operations team and company management. Support the team in managing and updating the platforms in use. Support in the preparation/publication of communications aimed at supporting the daily activities of Operations and other Company functions. With a strong interest in exploring the world of Communication & Reporting, planning and organizational skills, an analytical mindset and passion for data, and a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and English (intermediate B2).
